To update/upgrade iceweasel to latest version in Debian Squeeze do the following:
Add these two repositories into
/etc/apt/source.list
deb http://backports.debian.org/debian-backports squeeze-backports main
deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ squeeze-backports iceweasel-release
then
aptitude update
apt-get install -t squeeze-backports iceweasel
DONE.
You should see:
apt-get install -t squeeze-backports iceweasel
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
libcairo2 libmozjs9d libnss3-1d libpixman-1-0 libsqlite3-0 xulrunner-9.0
